- BERA were instrumental in the preparation of standard documentation and specifications for Swire Properties Ltd. The documentation has subsequently been used extensively for projects to the value of HK$20 billion.
- BERA have also developed Swire Properties Ltd's standard documentation for management contracting.
- BERA were involved in the preparation of the specification for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
- BERA were contract advisors to Pacific Century CyberWorks (PCCW) for the new Cyberport development at Pokfulam and were responsible for developing Cyber-Port Ltd's standard form of building contract, licence agreements for the site support facilities and other contract documentation.
